Japan has been known to have one of those with the longest lifespan. What do you think is their secret to this?

I'm betting on what they eat. Since even in convenient stores, their food doesn't taste like processed food at all. Also, they're into grill and raw food which is much better that fast food which is mostly deep fried. Some of them also usually use biking or walking as their main transportation (exercise). And most of the Japanese has a positive point of view in life which helps to lengthen their life span.
