I was in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka recently, and have to say that the Japanese customer service is incredible!, even at the neighbourhood seven11 shop they were so polite and helpful to me, in Japan the customer is definitely King!

I can`t deny your opinion. I also think Japanese customer service is best in the world. They are always helpful, friendly, also not so pushy.
I love it.

yep have to agree its the best, its been taught since childhood, so it comes naturally
