There are various websites that might be able to help you with that. Try to find an Osaka-based restaurant chain if you're looking for something more authentic. There is also the Hiroshima-style, but I don't know of any national chains that do Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. You've certainly got a lot of choice, as there are bound to be hundreds of places to eat okonomiyaki in Tokyo!
