It doesn`t matter if it`s not really "Japanese Japanese food"
something you invented your taste would be welcome.
(of course traditional Japanese food is also good)
I am food lover, so I`d like to know your unique recipes (simple is also ok) and want to try them.
Let me begin first,I`d like to introduce Nikujyaga recipes.
Nikujyaga is "Meat and Potato simmered food"
At first, chop the onions, carrots, potatoes, and meat(I like sliced pork, but can be beef or chicken) for appropriate size, better to not too small,
put little bit oil in the pot, put all ingredients in the pan, stir well until the meat color changes and vege become softer (around 5 minutes)
pour cold water until all the ingredients slightly covered.
put sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce 30ml each,
simmer until everything will be soft.
Now you can enjoy traditional home Japanese food.
