The lack of diversity in pruducts

I think there is a lack of diversity in Japanese products such as clothes, shoes, phone cases, makeup and so on.
I know it's all about trend but I think every shop you go you see the same clothing style, same shoes, same everything. It is hard to find something unique and special you really love. Is it just me? lol

I not sure about your statement >.< You might see Japanese people where the same suits or customs to work and the similar clothes of people in a supermarket. I really about clothes and I used to feel I can not buy and shirt in Japan because they look so lameness >.< But if you go to the young street like in Harajuku they might see a lot of local or high-end brand stores and they are not lacking diversity at all )) And you might hear that there are products that only appear in Japan, you can not find it in anywhere else on the earth . I think you can ask some Japanese friend for unique stuff you like:'>>> I think they have more interesting than we see.
