Since, they are showing no signs of postponing it. Does anyone have information of the contingency plans that they are making in case the disease did not die down during the event?

Actually, the Japanese government doesn't have any contingency plan for the Summer Olympics amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. This was the news in early February. I still don't know if this is a good move or not. Right now, the best cure is prevention and countries are already doing that by stopping people from traveling to crowded places where there may be the possibility of infection from someone who unknowingly has COVID-1 9 virus. Just imagine how many visitors will flood Japan this coming Summer Olympics. I hope no one gets infected as there's still no cure from this virus.
